Marjorie has worked with equestrians and understands the importance of the horse/rider relationship. She has studied exercises developed specifically for riders that will help enhance strength; improve balance, position, and endurance; and prevent injuries. In addition, Marjorie has worked extensively with youth; she spent 4 years teaching gym at a private PreK-8th grade school.

Clients are trained using a variety of equipment, including free weights, tubes, bands, body bars, fixed barbells, leg extension/curl machine, LAT/Cable machine, cable-based functional trainer, preacher curl, stationary bike, elliptical machine, stability balls, medicine balls, BOSU balls, Lebert Equalizers, foam rollers, and more.
